I've heard a lot of YouTubers say that the Ray Gun is powerful in Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2, but much weaker in Black Ops 3. However, this wiki says it deals the same amount of damage regardless of the game. Are the YouTubers lying, or is this wiki mistaken? Because right now I trust the wiki more than the YouTubers.

I got a Personalization Pack in COD Advanced Warfare, it says I own it, but it's not letting me equip it. Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it a horrible glitch?
