The 7th Infantry Division is an infantry division of the United States Army. They appear in Call of Duty: Black Ops II during "Suffer With Me" as part of the Invasion of Panama.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II

The 7th Infantry are seen in the 1989 US invasion of Panama. They are seen fighting in the streets against PDF and Batallón Dignidad forces in "Suffer With Me".

When Manuel Noriega escapes from Mason and Woods, he confronts two soldiers, and kills one, before throwing the other down the building. Once Woods and Mason confront and punish him, other soldiers upon finding the one wounded soldier call in a gunship strike, which Woods, Mason, and Noriega have to escape. A short while later, civilian Red Cross medical staff are seen treating wounded soldiers at a safe spot.

Trivia

• The tunics of the 7th Infantry bear "USMC" and the anchor and globe insignia. This is due to Treyarch reusing assets from previous games.
• In "Suffer With Me" the name pool re-uses the names of the Panamanian soldiers in "Time and Fate".
