88 Ridge is the thirteenth level in Call of Duty 2. The following sections are a walkthrough.

Tips

  • You'll need to destroy every Flak gun and tank in this level in order to exit.
  • Flak Gun crews always have one troop equipped with a Panzerschreck. Therefore, you'll want to take the guns out from a distance so that the Panzerschreck-equipped troop doesn't wake up and attack.

Getting Started

You'll spawn in a desert with tanks to your right. Follow your ally tanks to a ridge on the left side of the map. When you get near the top of the hill, you'll see enemy tanks. When your CO gives the word, open fire.

Destroying the First guns

Once you destroy the tanks in front of you, take a right and you'll see a Flak Gun near you. Destroy it and keep going forward.

Eventually, you'll be in an area filled with exploding barrels and troops. Destroy the gun on your right, then keep heading forward until you see another one. Again, destroy it and go forward, taking out the tanks in front of you. After passing a ridge, you'll find a gun on the left. As usual, take it down.

Soon, you'll see a large hill. There's a gun to the right near the base of the hill, so destroy it and it's tank cronies. Go up its right because going left doesn't work. At the top of the hill are troops and a truck. Destroy them if you please, then take a right to go down.

The Last Guns

As you're going down the hill, you'll see a tank coming in from the desert. get closer to it, then destroy it. After it's down, go down near the desert and take a right. You should see another tank coming in. Destroy it, then get near it and go right, up the hill.

When you're on the top of the hill, take a left and you'll see the last guns and tanks. Both guns and the tanks are located on the right. You'll have more allies coming in, but a large group of allies have trouble taking out one tank, so you shouldn't rely on them too much.

When everything is destroyed, you'll exit the level.
