A Better Tomorrow is a hidden achievement featured in the Call of Duty: Black Ops III Zombies map Revelations, and is the second achievement related to the map's main Easter Egg.

It requires players to "complete the cycle."

In order to unlock the achievement, the player must have completed all previous Easter eggs in the game and complete the main Easter egg in Revelations. It will then be unlocked alongside "For The Good Of All".

Rewards

For completing the achievement, the player is rewarded with a staggering 1,000,000 XP (enough to prestige once or gain 18 levels if master prestige) and is given the "Primis Rulz" Dark Ops calling card. The RK5 is also given to the player as a new starting weapon alongside the Bloodhound in Shadows of Evil, the Mauser C96 in Origins, the M1911 in the Zombies Chronicles maps, and the MR6 (all of which get full ammo from the start) in all other maps.

Trivia

  • The name of the XP challenge for unlocking the achievement is "Enigmatic Epilogue".
  • The console codename for this achievement is "zm_genesis_super_ee".
  • It is possible to unlock this achievement by completing the Revelations Easter egg with a player who has already completed all of the previous Easter eggs.
  • The name of the achievement is a reference to a quote said by Richtofen in the intro of The Giant after killing his original self: "For what I do, I do only to secure a better tomorrow."
  • Completing this achievement during double XP will reward the player with 2 million XP. It is highly recommended to do this if one is master prestige as it will cause them to gain a whopping 36 master prestige levels.
