Airfield Escape is the thirteenth campaign mission in Call of Duty and Call of Duty: Classic. Captain Price's team must hold off waves of German infantry and bombers while the rest of the SAS team secures a getaway plane.

Upon shaking off the German pursuers, Captain Price, Sergeant Evans, and Sergeant Waters reach the airfield in their Opel Blitz truck. The rest of their SAS team has been busy finding a plane to escape in. The airfield is expected to be heavily guarded once a general alert has been sent out by the Germans after the sabotage at the Eder Dam. The team's orders are to destroy all German aircraft except the escape plane, but their Lewes bombs were lost in the drop at the dam, so they will need to improvise.
The truck breaches the airfield's perimeter. Price drives around a barracks area while Evans and Waters keep him covered from German infantry and truck-borne reinforcements. Upon reaching the runway, Price parks the truck at a concrete platform with a Flakvierling 20mm anti-aircraft gun mounted on it. German infantry cross the field to the south to attack the position, but Waters holds them off with an MG42. Price defends against Germans shooting down from a balcony on an adjoining building. Evans, meanwhile, mounts the AA gun and uses it to destroy a number of Junkers Ju 87 "Stuka" dive bombers that are taxiing down the runway. A wave of Stukas fly in from the south to strafe the SAS position, but Evans shoots down every plane. He may also use the gun to shoot German infantry and trucks crossing the field.
After three waves of Stukas are shot down by Evans, a Focke-Wulf 200 Condor is seen rolling onto the runway, and Waters cautions Evans not to shoot it. The trio get back in their truck, and drive onto the tarmac to join the rest of the squad to make their escape.
