Alexander "Alex" Roycewicz was the former level designer for Infinity Ward that designed many maps for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. He started working with Infinity Ward in Spring, 2006 and eventually left the company in July 2010.

Biography

Roycewicz joined the Infinity Ward team as a level designer in May, 2006 when Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was in development. Alex designed multiple maps for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Multiple easter eggs can be found on maps he designed; which included his name and the year the map was designed. After shipping Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Roycewicz left Infinity Ward in June, 2010. He joined Respawn Entertainment as a level designer, following 45 other employees. In late 2012, he left Respawn Entertainment to pursue a career as a pilot, though later rejoined the team in April 2013.
