Andrei Nolan (Russian: Андрей Нолан) is a character featured in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 in the event, Shadow Siege and the secondary antagonist of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. He is a member of the Konni Group and Vladimir Makarov's right-hand man.
Nolan was released as a playable Operator of the KorTac faction in Modern Warfare III and Warzone 2.0 on December 6th, 2023, with Season One as part of the Battle Pass.
Biography[]
Background[]
During his youth, Andrei became started to gain an idolization to those in history deemed as "great men", ones who have changed it through their charisma or strategic values, or even through their violence. Taking inspiration from these men, Andrei would immerse himself within their plans, their speeches or even simply their ideas. As such, at the age of seventeen, he would join the Australian Defence Forces, wanting to make his own mark on history.
He would excel within the ADF, becoming a squad leader noted for consistency alongside his brutality. He was quickly accepted into the Special forces of Australia, primarily acting as anti-terrorism and peacekeeping within the Pacific. However, Andrei would leave the ADF for the private sector, bouncing between different PMCs before being approached by Ivan "Ares" Alexxeve to join the Inner Circle.
Inner Circle[]
Nolan served as a member of Vladimir Makarov's Inner Circle. Following Makarov's arrest in Verdansk, Nolan alongside other members of the group joined Konni Group, where they'd plan for Makarov's eventual return.
Operation Rogue Arsenal[]
Nolan, alongside Ivan, was ordered to pose as Shadow Company soldiers, during Operation Rogue Arsenal, who were delivering the chemical agents to the Support Helo for exfil. Once the two were on board, Ivan contacted Makarov, who ordered the two to kill the other Shadows aboard the Pave Low. Nolan and Ivan completed the assignment, killing all of the Shadow Company operatives and seizing the chemical agents on board.
Operation 627[]
Nolan, alongside with Ivan and Rook, were sent to infiltrate the Zordaya Prison Complex to rescue Makarov with assistance from both Bravo Team and Charlie Team. Though the mission was a success, Ivan was later executed by Nolan, under Makarov's order, due to miscalculations that happened during their escape. Nolan was then appointed to be Makarov's second in command.
Captured in St. Petersburg[]
Following the raid on Plutus Island and the subsequent interrogation of Milena Romanova, Makarov's fiancer. Task Force 141 learnt about the existence of a Konni outpost in St. Petersburg where Nolan was located. Captain John Price and Sergeant Kyle "Gaz" Garrick then raided the stronghold and captured Nolan for interrogation. However, he refused to disclose any information to the team.
Escape[]
On December 6th, 2023, Nolan managed to escape imprisonment, with the help of Makarov. Then, he alongside Dokkaebi and other Konni contractors took over Urzikstan.

- The "Precise Execution" skin's description, "Power is held by those who seize it", is a reference to the same line said by Makarov in Operation 627 if the player selects the "Neither" option during the conversation with him and Nolan in the elevator.
- The "Iron Lung" skin is a reference to Iron Lung, a type of negative pressure ventilator (NPV), a mechanical respirator that encloses most of a person's body and varies the air pressure in the enclosed space to stimulate breathing, often use for treating disease like polio, botulism and certain poisons.
