Armor-Piercing is a weapon attachment featured in Call of Duty: Ghosts, Call of Duty: Mobile and Call of Duty: Vanguard.
Call of Duty: Ghosts[]

Armor-Piercing functions similar to FMJ and Impact from from previous titles, but now also boosts effectiveness against armored infantry (Ballistic Vests and Juggernauts) as well as enemy Pointstreak rewards such as SAT COMs, Sentry Guns, and Battle Hinds. The CBJ-MS submachine gun comes with this attachment integrated, and thus it can be paired with another Mod attachment unlike with other weapons. Armor-Piercing is available to all weapons that accept attachments except for the Riot Shield.
Despite the menu stat bars, this attachment doesn't actually directly increase the raw bullet damage of a weapon outright. It does however increase the damage done to Pointstreaks and all Juggernauts by 1.5x, allowing for significantly more damage to be dealt. It also completely ignores the effects of Ballistic Vests, allowing normal damage to be done to players wearing them.
Damage done by shooting through materials is increased as well, although bullets will still be less effective through walls compared to directly hitting enemies. This is effective with LMGs due to their high material penetration. A player can kill enemies through walls with decent effectiveness using this combination.
It is also an ammo type in Extinction, serving a similar purpose against armored Cryptids.
