Spec Ops[]

The Armor Box functions as a utility which can be picked up off the ground or gained via the Hardline perk. It allows the player to throw down a box which they and other players can interact with to gain armor. Using the Armor Box directly fills a player's armor bar and does not use Armor Plates (which are present in Warzone). Deploying the Armor Box will also automatically refill that player's armor bar without having to consume one the Armor Box's uses.

In Call of Duty: Warzone, the Armor Box can be obtained as ground loot or can be bought for $4,500 from a Buy Station. When used, it throws down a box of Armor Plates; whenever a teammate interacts with the Armor Box, the owner will be granted points. The Armor Box can also be destroyed, causing it to explode and deal damage in the process.

The Armor Box is a field upgrade for the Assault kit in the Spec Ops mode which allows the player to provide armor plates to their teammates.
