Armored Royale is a limited-time mode featured in Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. In Warzone, the mode was available between October 1st and October 15th, 2020 during the Season Six of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It briefly returned between November 20th and November 24th and again between February 5th and February 8th, 2021 during the Season One of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. In Warzone 2.0, the mode returned on August 30th, 2023 with the Season Five Reloaded update of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II under the name Armored Royale 2.0.

At the start of a match, each team will deploy next to their Armored Truck. The truck will need to be defended from other teams as the circle shrinks and moves quicker than in a normal Battle Royale match making it impossible to outrun it on foot. Players can upgrade the truck to provide more protection and repair its health.
Several Repair Stations can also be found around Verdansk. Repair Stations provide a slow but free and unlimited repair of the truck in case it was damaged. An active Repair Station will however be shown on the Tac Map of the other teams.
As long as the Armored Truck isn't destroyed, and for a total of 23 minutes and 35 seconds in the entire match, players can redeploy after being killed but have to wait 20 seconds to do so. If the Armored Truck is destroyed, a Truck Redeploy Marker can be bought from Buy Stations for $6000 to redeploy an Armored Truck allowing downed players to respawn as long as the Truck Redeploy timer is still active. The truck, however, will need to be upgraded again.
The match ends when only one team remains.

Armored Royale in Warzone 2.0 works similarly to Armored Royale in Warzone. Now each team will deploy next to their MRAP and the mode takes place in Al Mazrah.
