Plot
"Bell", resentful for what the CIA has done to the and still loyal to Perseus, informs Adler that Perseus is operating from the Duga-2 Radar Array. Adler, believing that "Bell" has redeemed themself, orders the team to gear up.
Arriving at the Duga-2 center, the team finds that there are no Soviets, with Woods realizing that "Bell" has lied to them. Adler confronts "Bell" over this, realizing that the group was deceived and now Perseus will activate the nukes to destroy Europe.
"Bell" clenches their fist to signify an ambush, as Adler and the rest of the team realize that they have been lured into a trap. A Soviet soldier fires an RPG at the group, knocking "Bell" out and severely injuring Adler. As "Bell" comes to, one of their fellow soldiers gets them up on his feet as they begin to eliminate Ball's former team. They then accompany the same soldier into the building to hunt Adler down, finding him wounded in a control room. "Bell" then kills Adler, with the soldier having revealed to be Perseus. Perseus mocks the now-deceased Adler for believing that there was only one of him. As a reward for his loyalty, Perseus grants "Bell" the honor to activate the nukes, destroying all of Europe in an instant. Reagan, horrified at Perseus' actions, is briefed by Black on the situation. Reagan orders Black to remove all links between the United States and the nukes as countries around the world question if the United States was responsible for the attack. Elsewhere, Perseus comments on several of his associates' fates, content that the United States will finally crumble as he orders agents in the West to begin the next phase of the plan.
"Bell" admits the truth, stating that Russia will be victorious. Angered, Adler kills "Bell" and the team leaves their body behind. Follows the same as Outcome 1.
