Atlas Strike Teams, referred to in-game as Atlas Saboteurs, are groups of human enemies, appearing in the Exo Zombies map Carrier. These enemies are exclusive to Gas Bomb rounds, where they teleport into the area where the bomb is located, and defend it from the player characters. At least two operatives will guard a bomb.
The Strike Team operatives behave like the normal human AI as seen in campaign and multiplayer game modes, they are often equipped with powerful guns, and may even use XS1 Goliaths. Zombies will not attack them, since they are equipped with camouflage. When killed, Strike Team operatives may drop a Camouflage power-up, which lasts for approximately 10 seconds.
Strike Team operatives are very accurate, landing the majority of their shots onto the player. It is advised to take out the Strike Team as soon as possible to reduce difficulty in defusing the bombs.
Whenever a Gas Bomb round occurs, they will try to plant three bombs in three random locations in the map. If the three bombs detonate, a Goliath Exo Zombie will appear the next round.
