Augments are a function introduced within the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies mode. They serve as optional methods to gain additional effects on various upgrades to tweak and give unique benefits to help aim team-play or unique play-styles. Augments are available for Perk-a-Colas, Ammo Mods and Field Upgrades, with the ability to add a Major alongside a Minor augment to the respective item. The Augment menu is unlocked at Level 11 and is split into the Equip and Research screens.

- Quick Revive's Swift Recovery and Karmic Return are based on it's own Modifier perk additions from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

- Quick Revive's Dying Wish functions nearly identically to the perk Dying Wish.
- Elemental Pop's Electric Cherry augment is a reference to the Electric Cherry perk.
- PhD Flopper's PhD Slider augment is a call back to PhD Slider, which replaced PhD Flopper in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War due to the change in movement mechanics.
- Melee Macchiato's Vampiric Extraction and Triple Shot are effects from the Ethereal Razor perk from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
- Frenzied Guard's Frenzy Fire is partially based off the Tier III Aetherium Upgrade of the Ring of Fire Field Upgrade from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
