- "Bonus points!"
- — Samantha Maxis
The Bonus Points power-up can only be acquired via QED in Moon. Bonus Points has two effects, one giving all players in the match points, or giving the player who grabbed it an amount of points. The power-up is exclusive to Moon much like the Lightning Bolt from Call of the Dead. All of these are obtained in a special way.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II
The Bonus Points appears in the TranZit game mode in the maps Green Run, Die Rise, and Buried If the Player melees with the Galvaknuckles the keys located next to each map's respective bank, a drop will appear costing the player 100 points. The drop is worth 1000 points and it adds 1000 points to the bank. If the player melee's the key constantly, points will be added to the power-up, and it can be shared or picked back up.
In the map Origins, a similar power-up called "Blood Money" can be obtained by digging in a dig site. It awards the player a random amount of Money.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III
The Bonus Points power-up appears in Shadows of Evil, Der Eisendrache, Zetsubou No Shima, and the Zombies Chronicles remaster of Moon. In Shadows of Evil and Zetsubou No Shima, it can be acquired from Harvest Pods. In Der Eisendrache, it is possible to get it by calling the Gondola. In Moon, it can once again be acquired via QED. In all instances, it rewards a random amount of points upon pickup, and is affected by Double Points.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
The Bonus Points power-up appears in Voyage of Despair, IX, Blood of the Dead, and Classified. Unlike previous appearances, it can now drop as a regular power-up
Trivia
