The Buzz Cut is a melee weapon in Call of Duty: Black Ops III that was added in the June 14, 2016 update. It is obtained through Supply Drops. It appears to be an axe made from scratch, given its haphazard and shoddy look. Its main components make it seem as it could have come out of a garage: a saw blade as the axe's head, a wood shaft or handle, a bracket attaching the saw to the handle, and possibly a stronger form of duct or electrical tape holding the saw in place. It can be acquired in Revelations by completing 15 rounds in under 24 minutes.
