CIA Nerd is a character appearing in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. He is English, and only appears if the player does not rescue Karma in the previous mission. Unlike Chloe, he is not able to crack the Celerium worm, resulting in Raul Menendez escaping from his prison if he was captured.
