Call of Duty: Classic is the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 port of the original Call of Duty.

Release[]

Tokens with codes to download Call of Duty: Classic were included with Hardened and Prestige editions of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, though it is available for purchase on the PlayStation Store and the Xbox Marketplace for US$19.99. The Xbox 360 version is considered an "Arcade game" and was able to be purchased for 1200 Microsoft Points, becoming US$19.99 when Microsoft Points were discontinued.

Differences[]

  • The game itself has been upscaled to HD resolution along with widescreen support.
  • The quicksave feature is unavailable.

Multiplayer[]

Call of Duty: Classic has support for eight players. Online leaderboards are included, but otherwise the multiplayer is the same as the original Call of Duty.
