Comment — hey, the red telephones shoudnt be deleted its intresting and a big part of what happened to jfk, castro, and the others, did they die? or did they teleport? We need to expand that article and when DLC 2 comes out possibly well know the answer! i think the events of acension and five are at the same time and somebody phoned the pentagon (most likely tank) to see if there were survivors, there is more to it than it seems. Keep Red Telephones Paddy 36 23:11, February 15, 2011 (UTC)
Comment — We did keep mannequins, which was also an "Easter Egg" page, and we do have pages on other things that have to do with Easter Eggs (i.e., Teddy Bears). However, many will present the argument to me that teddy bears have appeared many more times in the series than the red telephones. That is true, but say red telephones were to appear in another CoD title? Or, as stated above, in the second downloadable content package? Now, the mannequins page was kept on account of a flawed nomination, but still, if it wasn't notable enough, I'm sure we would have still deleted it, right? I currently have no stance on this, but I'm just throwing this arguement out there. Nikolai Cannot Die 07:03, February 17, 2011 (UTC)

Barb (Modern Warfare 2)[]
I'm not sure but I think this guy is randomly generated.
Just played through Team Player and Wolverines and checked each soldier's name. I'm certain now, he's randomly generated.

Barb is a SCRIPTED character which means that he has a reason to be MENTOINED unlike other RANDOM characters, he is a minor character and has a reason to be in the game and so has a reason to at least have an article. Dozens of minor characters got ignored by YOU and had their articles AXED, Barb and every other character doesn't deserve this and should be treated as a MAJOR character, come and oppose if you agree. Bence67 19:57, February 23, 2011 (UTC)
How do you know he's scripted? Seijana 21:53, February 23, 2011 (UTC)
He can be, Hes in more than two missions,, and he must talk some time, But his skin is sometimes black or white, but so is McCords amazingly. Sgt.Grindon 22:03, February 23, 2011 (UTC)
Battlechat lines don't count, and I've never heard a line from anyone called Barb. I'm fairly certain he's randomly generated. Seijana 01:59, February 24, 2011 (UTC)

Martyrdom#Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Martyrdom (split article)[]
I think that This and This should be seperated and have their own articles, the first is a deathstreak and the second a perk, shadowing the argument of Sentry Gun (killstreak) and Auto-Turret (interactive environment) having their own pages. Otherwise, it all turns back to the merging/seperating story with same name, same effect etc.

Keep — It's identical in name and function, only one is a deathstreak. That's effectively a 99% overlap of information. It's not a good comparison to Auto Turret/Sentry Gun because the latter are entirely different items in the game in function, appearance, design, etc. --Scottie theNerd 12:44, February 17, 2011 (UTC)
Keep — Per my thread, we should NEVER do this. Seijana 18:05, February 17, 2011 (UTC)

Neutral — I can definitely see where the argument comes from, but this is in no way related to the auto-turret/sentry gun discussion because those two are just way too different and even have different names. These two, on the other hand, do basically the same thing just at different rates and have the same names. Poketape Talk 17:53, February 19, 2011 (UTC)

Not notable at all and I get the feeling this is a disguised remake of the infamous Mystery Man article. Come to think of it, this probably qualifies for summary execution.
