In the Extinction weapon pages, I found this and another page named Sticky Flare. I think they should be merged. It even states in the article at the top "For an upgraded version of the Flare, see Sticky Flare."
- Keep — If what RisingSun said is true, then I think it's better off left how it is. 21:17, April 5, 2014 (UTC)
- It's not really an "upgraded version". You have to actually build it yourself. Plus, with the whole different function of what they do, it's better to have them left as they are now. 04:34, April 6, 2014 (UTC)
Keep — I probably should have been more specific when adding that. I meant upgraded as in the fact that it explodes, and that players would rather have that than the regular flare. Also, if you check, you don't need a flare to build the sticky flare (unlock zombies where you can't upgrade unless you have the weapon). It seems that whether it explodes or not seems like a big reason to keep the articles split. COD:NOTABILITY for the different articles, as the only thing they share is that they both attract Cryptids.23:17, April 6, 2014 (UTC)
Keep — Even though they are technically similar in appearance, they do operate in different ways. Also, as stated below in the comments, the weapons are apparently not obtained in a similar way, so it technically isn't an upgrade of the normal flare. Best to keep them as two pages due to the amount of differences in operation and obtaining them.23:47, April 6, 2014 (UTC)
Quick question, is this Sticky Flare a direct upgrade from the flare (you need a flare to make a Sticky Flare) or is it technically not related at all?23:30, April 6, 2014 (UTC)
- No, it is not a direct upgrade, and you don't need a flare. It's unrelated, it is just the names which implies it. 23:39, April 6, 2014 (UTC)
