Livingston (history - links - logs)
After looking on Semper Fi twice for a better image I could not find a "Livingston" in the team, as such I believe he is merely a random name, on top of this his role seems very minuscule making me believe he is not even that notable.

Delete — After going back and playing Semper Fi over again, I could NOT find a soldier named Livingston. While finding every other notable character already on the page, I agree that Livingston is an Randomly generated soldier.
