STG-44 and MP-44 are the same weapons, only differing by their name. Masterkey and underbarreled shotgun are of different name and functioning, which is enough to classify them as separate attachments. -

Comment — Does that justify having two pages for what is essentially the same attachment? The FAMAS in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 functions differently to its counterpart in Black Ops. In Modern Warfare 2, the FAMAS is a burst fire assault rifle that does 40-30 damage. In Black Ops, the Famas is a fully-automatic assault rifle that 35-25 damage.
