Spyder (history - links - logs) Edit

As noted by Louis Bancroft, the Spyder is the older name of the L-CAR 9, and by looking at the gun's design, iron sights and other info like ammo, there's no doubt the gun is just the old name. We could just delete it and keep the L-CAR 9 page. Thanks for listening.

I already deleted the page. Personal MLGisNot4Me DragonbornDremYolLok  00:49, August 13, 2015 (UTC)

then i remade it and changed it to a redirect. by the way, dont you have to be at least an admin to be allowed to delete pages? I think Rollback allows it, or maybe it's something with Blog Patrol. I only use it when it's required though. Personal MLGisNot4Me DragonbornDremYolLok  00:52, August 13, 2015 (UTC)
Also, I don't think it should be kept as a redirect. We've never used redirects for weapons in the case that their name was changed. Personal MLGisNot4Me DragonbornDremYolLok  00:54, August 13, 2015 (UTC)
with blog patrol, it give you the ability to, but your not suppose to, delete pages. that ability is so you can delete blog comments only. so in the future, its best to contact an admin about doing it for you. also, if that is the case with most weapons that get their names changed, then we probably shouldnt make it a redirect. however, we should just let this go through afd first. I've never had anyone tell me off for it before. And according to what I've heard when it's talked about, it's not against policy or anything, it's just frowned upon.Personal MLGisNot4Me DragonbornDremYolLok  01:21, August 13, 2015 (UTC)
i wasnt telling you off, i was just saying that i didnt think you were suppose to be doing it. as for it being against policies, i dont know specifically if it is or not, i just remember, i think, maybe sam telling another user with blog patrol rights that they werent suppose to do it. I don't think there's a policy on it. But I did say about the severity and why BP should never delete pages. I even said that such an action could even have the user in question lose the rights as deemed for misuse. 132527029757.gifArgorrath おしゃべり%E7%95%B0%E8%AD%B0%E3%81%82%E3%82%8A.jpg01:16, August 13, 2015 (UTC)

(Reset indent) I'll see about maybe asking permission to use it or something. I've mostly used it when there were vandal pages or pages marked for speedy delete. Personal MLGisNot4Me DragonbornDremYolLok  01:21, August 13, 2015 (UTC)

I didn't expect the deletion to be that fast  QVw9GKe.pngTimelessPeople  00:56, August 13, 2015 (UTC)
