Suggestion...

So, i found this Wikipedia article about "My little brother did it!" and thought that it could go in perfectly if a link to it was placed in the "It was my brother/sister/friend" part of this policy.

I think our section more or less covers the crux of it. Wikipedia's article on it seems to be a lot more wording for what is essentially just "It's easy to blame someone else, but we can't confirm this, so it's not a valid excuse".
