Possible Usergroup[]
The Battlefield Assistance Task Force could be considered a user group. Should it be added to the list if I create a sub-page for it?

How exactly will voting work? Would it be the old 50 mainspace edits or more thing or something different? Couldn't all of the group's members just support its request?
