Dummied Out

Sometimes content in a game like levels, mechanics and characters are taken out of the game completely if the people behind the different games thought of a different and/or better story, or ran out of money or time. But some times, in a rush to get the games to the shelves, or out of mild laziness, some of the code is left behind or Dummied Out. If the item in question was proved to be in a game at one point in time or still is but cannot be accessed by regular means, it belongs in this category. If it is hidden but can be found through gameplay, it should be categorized as an easter egg instead.
