The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is an American foreign intelligence service featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops II Zombie mode.
During the Grief mode, they are in conflict with the CDC for survival after the aftermath of Richtofen's Grand Scheme.
There are no heard quotes or communication between the four operatives.
Cornelius Pernell was a CIA Handler after he left the OSS before joining Broken Arrow.
They appear as men in black suits heavily resembling the SSA seen in the Call of Duty: Black Ops campaign mission "U.S.D.D.". They also resemble what the zombies turn into when hit with the V-R11 in Call of the Dead.
