Cornelius Pernell is a character heard in a radio in Shi No Numa, a zombies map that appears in the games Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Black Ops, and Call of Duty: Black Ops III. He is also menitioned in the data servers. In vbush's files, an encrypted message from him references Peter McCain's movement to Verrückt. He is also heard in Classified in audio logs.
Cornelia
In an alternate timeline, a female counterpart of Cornelius named Cornelia exists in his place. The transmission from Cornelius to Peter in Shi No Numa can be found in Revelations, however spoken by Cornelia.

I asked Colonel Sawyer about it and he told me to pay it no mind. Apparently everybody has been laughing off Schuster's story for years now. But then yesterday Schuster said he has proof, he claims this Samantha is responsible for several outbreaks over the last 20 years. Rattles off a bunch of names and one of them was the Rising Sun Facility. I lost a good man there, Peter McCain. I never got an explanation for it and decided to investigate this further."
