Crogs are a special enemy type that appear in the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Zombies map Attack of the Radioactive Thing. They appear during special scenes much like special enemies in the previous maps.

Overview

Crogs spawn through eggs launched by Crog-Zilla. They have less zombies, however they have "armor", which reduces damage taken from frontal attacks, similar to Cryptids from Extinction. When a Crog is close to a player, it will do a lunge towards the player which can be dodged by moving to the side. After lunging, the Crog will temporarily be unable to attack or move which gives players a chance to shoot its weak spot, which manifests as a green spot its back. It is here where the Crogs take the most damage. Upon dying, a Crog will leave behind a puddle of acid which will damage any players standing on it and can down a player at low health.

The players can reduce the number of Crogs that appear by shooting the eggs that Crog-Zilla launches , but if the player manages to shoot all the eggs in a Crog scene, no max ammo will appear as there is no last Crog to drop it.

The challenge "Crog-tastic" requires the players to rid Sonova Beach of all crogs.[1]
