Danger Close is a Wildcard featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. It allows the player to carry two of the same lethal equipment.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II[]

The Danger Close appears in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. All lethal equipment featured in the game are eligible with this wildcard.
A viable tactic with this wildcard is to be used with the perk Scavenger, allowing players to restock the lethal equipment from dead players for a powerful offensive class (with Frag Grenades, Semtex, Combat Axes, C4 and Bouncing Betties) or to cement a defensive position or point from an enemy assault (with Claymores).
