For other characters, see Davis.

Private Davis was a United States Army Air Cavalry helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War. In 1968, Davis was a crew member of a Huey helicopter carrying Frank Woods and Alex Mason, but was shot down in Northern Vietnam. Upon getting shot down, Davis was killed and his co-pilot injured, until a few Viet Cong ambushed the helicopter and killed his co-pilot.

  • Even though Mason states Davis is dead upon crashing, his name still shows up as if he were alive.
  • Sometimes a soldier named Davis will appear during the mission.
  • Another soldier named Davis may also be among the POWs rescued in Payback.
  • You can see Davis' body along with the co-pilot in the crashed helicopter by going underwater.
