Deadly is the callsign of an AH-1W Super Cobra in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. It's crew members were Pelayo and Zack Keating. It appears in the level "Shock and Awe", where it is shot down by a Stinger. The player is then tasked with the objective of rescuing the surviving pilot, Pelayo.
Paul Jackson and supporting Marines eventually rescue Pelayo, and evacuate her to a CH-46 Sea Knight under the callsign Outlaw 2-5. However, a nuke in the city goes off, killing every Marine left in the city. Outlaw 2-5 ends up crashing, killing everyone except Jackson, who eventually succumbs to radiation poisoning and/or his wounds.
