"4th generation Korean-French. Trained to represent France as an Olympic sprinter until Al-Qatala attacked Paris. Joined French Army, chosen for Special Forces. Extremely competitive. Maintains few personal relationships."
Dominique Tam was born in 1993 in France. She trained since the age of 16 to represent France in the Summer Olympics in track and field. She failed to qualify for the 2012 games and was on track to qualify for the next Olympic games before Al-Qatala attacked Paris.[1]
After the Al-Qatala attack, Domino joined the French Army and was selected for the French Special Forces where she exhibited extraordinary physical fitness and cognitive ability. She broke three regiment records.[1]
In 2017, she was sent to Urzikstan as her first combat deployment. She was tasked with supporting the Coalition forces. She was hand-picked to represent France inside the Warcom unit.[1]
In March 2020, Al-Qatala's new leader Khaled Al-Asad launched an full-scale assault against Verdansk in Kastovia. Operators from Coalition and Allegiance were deployed to Verdansk to stop Al-Qatala as part of the Armistice initiative. During her service with Armistice, Domino reportedly developed a friendly rivalry with the Allegiance operator Sydney "Syd".[1]
Close cooperation between Syd and Domino is encouraged.[1]
Domino's Cataclysm skin which is available in The Singularity bundle is a reference to the pop song Oops I Did It Again by Britney Spears and to Motoko Kusanagi from the Japanese Manga/Anime Ghost in the Shell.
Additionally, The Singularity bundle contains references to the Japanese animated film Akira.
Domino is shown wearing her Battle Ready skin in her finishing move preview images instead of her Commando skin.
