It resembles the default camouflage of the SCAR-H from Modern Warfare 2. People also use this camouflage as it looks like a darker, more worn version of the "Gold" camouflage. It is generally not the dark brown that the camouflage image shows. It is still less often used, possibly due to the insignificance of its Modern Warfare 2 counterpart, Desert Camouflage, or because it is almost unnoticeable on some guns like the Enfield.
This camouflage is applied to the M16 you acquire at the start of the campaign mission "S.O.G." and can occasionally be found on an M14. This camo blends in with Black Ops models.
