E.O.D. (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) is a Tier 1 Perk featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, a Basic Perk in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, and a Gear in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare[]

"Take reduced damage from non-killstreak explosives and fire."
Create-A-Class description

E.O.D. reduces damage taken from explosives (except from killstreaks) and fire, acting like Flak Jacket/Blast Shield from previous games. When picking up Frag Grenades with this perk equipped, the fuse will reset.

Before the 1.14.0 Perk rebalancing it also allowed the user to hack enemy Claymores, Proximity Mines, C4s and Trophy Systems. This ability was moved over to the Tier 3 perk Spotter.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II[]

"Take reduced damage from non-Killstreak explosives. Reset fuze timers when picking up live grenades."
— In-game description

E.O.D. returns in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II as a Basic Perk, under the name Bomb Squad.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III[]
