El Sin Nombre is the eleventh mission featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.
Plot[]
To locate the remaining missile, Soap, Alejandro, Ghost and Graves came up with a plan to infiltrate the mansion of a Las Almas Cartel lieutenant to capture the illusive El Sin Nombre, who knows the location of the remaining missile.
Soap volunteered to go in and give intel, in exchange for a meet with El Sin Nombre, which prompted Alejandro to follow him. While Graves and Ghost secure the area.
Soap was then brought down to the basement of the mansion, there, he encountered Alejandro, who has disguised himself as a guard. Alejandro then told Soap to tell all the truth, or that he will die here. Then, the elevator door opened, and Soap encountered Diego Salgado, the Las Almas Cartel lieutenant, who brought him to the interrogation room. There, Soap revealed all the information of the Valeria Garza, El Sin Nombre's personal sicaria wanted, regarding who attacked their friend in the mountains, the person who supported them, and what do they want.
After the interrogation, Soap was brought to the first floor of the mansion, there he and Alejandro began to find a way to reach the third floor, where El Sin Nombre. Eventually, the two reached the third floor, Soap discovered that El Sin Nombre was Valeria Garza, which made Alejandro shook his head in disbelief. The two then breached the room, chasing Valeria. Graves then cornered Valeria, telling her to get down, while Soap secured her. Valeria was then brought into the helicopter by Wimbush, Valeria looked at Alejandro as the helicopter flew awa. Alejandro later shouted out: "Valeria... I know her!". As he, alongside with Soap, and Ghost returned to the Fuerzas Especiales Headquarters to interrogate Valeria.

Safe[]
The mission featured a safe that can be unlocked. The safe can be found behind a cupboard in Diego Salgado's bedroom located on the second floor of the penthouse. Inside the bedroom, a portrait of Lazar Salgado can be seen on a wall with the date "02/02/2019". The safe is unlocked using the code 02-02-19. Inside the safe, the players can find a Silenced Lockwood 300 as well as an Plate Carrier with three Armor Plates.

- When Soap introduces himself to Diego, Diego asks "What the fuck kind of name is Soap?". This is a reference to a similar dialogue from the original John Price in the F.N.G mission in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
- A GMC Hummer EV can be seen in the mansion's courtyard.
- The M16 with M203 grenade launcher in the armory is a tribute to the 1983 movie Scarface.
- The appearances of the two Shadow contractors who take Valeria into the helicopter are randomized, but their names and call-signs are not.
