Energetic is a Basic Training featured in Call of Duty: WWII.
Prior to the Divisions Overhaul, players could only sprint for a short distance before a cool down occurred. In the Divisions Overhaul , infinite (albeit slightly slower) sprint was given to all divisions, making this basic training redundant. In order to remain relevant, it was changed to give faster sprint speed.
This Basic Training gives abilities similar to the Airborne Division, allowing the player to sprint 7% faster, allowing players to reach objectives faster while using another division.
Division Overlaps: Airborne Division III already grants "no fall damage" and Airborne IV already grants "sprint faster over time (already gives the 7% speed increase before increasing to 10%)"
