Biography[]
The Entity is a being of the Dark Aether who, at some point, came under the control of the Warden. The extent of Warden's influence over her is unknown, but while entity appeared to maintain free will she could not act against him directly.
Following "Tank" Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki, Edward Richtofen, Grigori Weaver, Elizabeth Grey, Mackenzie Carver, and Maya Aguinaldo arrival in the Dark Aether, the Entity attempted to contact them. As they navigated a amalgamated wasteland of cursed places, the Entity was able to get sparse but unintelligible messages to them. Upon unlocking the Seal of Sorrow, the Entity was able to speak with them directly.
The Entity was relieved to see the eight of them alive, and explained that they had all been touched by objects of power and the Warden had sought them out for that reason, wanting the power for himself. The Entity explained the limitations posed on her by the Warden, but directed them to seek out the areas Shadowsmith, Veytharion, explaining that while they wouldn't be able to kill him, he would assist the crew if they could free him from The Warden's influence. She then left them, but left behind the DG-2 Turret to assist them on their quest. Afterwards, upon Veytharion's defeat and Dempsey and Maya's essence being restored, the Entity teleported the group to a pocket dimension for temporary safeguarding against the Warden.
Following their success against Veytharion, the eight, now inside of a rocket-fitted Ol' Tessie, were spat into space by the Entity, alongside hundreds of Ravagers riding meteorites and chasing the crew.
