Failed Maintenance is an achievement featured in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on the zombies map The Beast from Beyond. It requires the player to kill at least one zombie with every trap found on the map.
There are five traps around the map, with each other them doing something different compared to the other traps.
- Fridge Lure Trap - In the Mess Hall next to the spawn room.
- Electrocution Trap - Inside the Water Treatment plant.
- Laser Grid Trap - Inside the hallway connecting the portal from the outside of Wyler's theater to the Ops Center.
- Raining Acid Trap - Outside of the facility, directly in front of Change Chews.
- Movie Wormhole Trap - Inside the cinema of Wyler's theater, directly in front of the bigscreen.
Once a kill has been earned with each of the five traps, the achievement will unlock.
