Felix Neumann is a supporting character featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 who is a member of Frank Woods' Rogue Black Ops team.

Felix Neumann was raised in East Berlin following the formation of the German Democratic Republic (GDR). Though he excelled at sports, Felix preferred to spend his time tinkering with technology and electronics. After completing his compulsory military service, Felix was recruited and trained by the Stasi. Eventually, he began to regret his association with them due to their brutal nature. Felix began selling state secrets to West Germany and its allies, planning to flee West Germany after making enough money. After migrating to the West, Felix started a new career by offering his technical services to the criminal underworlds of Europe.
