Felix Neumann is a supporting character featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 who is a member of Frank Woods' Rogue Black Ops team.
Biography[]
Background[]
Felix Neumann was raised in East Berlin following the formation of the German Democratic Republic. Though he excelled at sports, Felix preferred to spend his time tinkering with technology and electronics. After completing his compulsory military service, Felix was recruited and trained by the Stasi. Eventually, he began to regret his association with them due to their brutal nature. Felix began selling state secrets to West Germany and its allies, planning to flee West Germany after making enough money. After migrating to the West, Felix started a new career by offering his technical services to the criminal underworlds of Europe.
Most Wanted[]
After his recruitment into the Rogue Black Ops by Troy Marshall after reading info made by Russell Adler. Felix provided surveillance and communications alongside Frank Woods most of the time. Following William "Case" Calderon's and Sevati "Sev" Dumas's arrival at The Rook, Woods told them of their objective to rescue Adler from the U.S. Capitol building during the meeting between Bill Clinton and Jack McKenna. Felix provided intel and comms after Case and Marshall infiltrated the Capitol building. Felix also provided Case three ways to get to McKenna for his retinal eye scan to unlock the lower levels; finding a note from McKenna's coat, speaking with Miriam McKenna on her problems with her husband, or asking Gabriel Armato for his assistance. Whichever Case chose, Felix would provide surveillance for Marshall and Case as they descended into the basement of the building. After acquiring Adler and escaping from Jackson Caine, the U.S. Capitol police force, and a paramilitary force known as "The Pantheon", Marshall and Case accompanied Adler back to The Rook for a debrief. After Adler, Case, and Marshall come back from their trip to Iraq, Felix and the rest are informed of a virological weapon dubbed "The Cradle" and its manufacturer, the Advanced Technologies and Applications building in Kentucky.
Raid of Casino Luttazzi[]
After finding out that Jane Harrow was a member and the Commander of the Pantheon, along with her plans on what to do with the Cradle, Felix joins Marshall, Case, Sev, and Woods for a trip to Casino Luttazzi in Avalon, owned by the Godmother. Felix intercepted a uniform and infiltrated the casino to get to its surveillance area to figure out where the vault was located. After figuring out the vault's location, Case breaks from his containment, kills Francesco and breaks into the vault with assistance from Felix. However, the Luttazzi Security shortly arrived, alongside the Pantheon soldiers, and began shooting at them. Fortunately, however, they managed to escape the casino with the information they wanted.
Vorkuta[]
Upon learning from Matvey Gusev, thanks to Adler and Case, that the Cradle was at Vorkuta, the team heads there - with Felix providing comms and Sev infiltrating Vorkuta's prison camp. After Sev sabotage the defenses and confirmed Harrow's presences, Felix pilots a helicopter as he flies Marshall, Case, and Adler towards the prison camp. Felix stays inside the helicopter while the rest of the team tries to locate Harrow. Thankfully, the team manages to find and capture her - allowing them and Felix to bring Harrow back to The Rook for interrogation.
Siege of The Rook[]
While Marshall was interrogating Harrow regarding her past, the Pantheon traced the tracker implanted in Harrow's forearm to The Rook and began their assault to retrieve Harrow, prompting Felix and the rest of the team to defend The Rook while Woods takes over the interrogation. However, during the onslaught, Felix was shot in the shoulder. Thankfully, he wasn't fatally injured and he hung back with Sev to cover Case, Marshall, and Adler as the trio had gone back inside to rescue Woods and to stop Harrow. Felix then watched as Case and the helicopter he had jumped into alongside Harrow submerged into the Black Sea, presumably drowning them both.
Two weeks later, Felix, alongside Sev and Adler, joins Marshall and Woods for a meeting with CIA Deputy Director Daniel Livingstone. Felix watched the meeting outside the van as Livingstone struck a deal with Woods and Marshall for their efforts, and the team traveled back to Avalon in order to track down the Pantheon and their moles within the CIA.
