The Two-Headed Axe is a melee weapon featured in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare[]

The Two-Headed Axe, also called the "Double Sided Axe", is available exclusively in the Zombies mode of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, introduced in the map Rave in the Redwoods. It does the same damage as the single bladed axe except that this axe has two blades. When upgraded via Pack-a-Punch machine, it becomes the Berserker. After installing the Alien Fuses, and upgrading it once more, it becomes the Janus. Like the Axe, Zombies hit by the Two-Headed Axe will be instantly gibbed.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War[]

"Two-handed melee weapon. Double bit axe with a straight wooden handle for powerful swings. Fell your foes and use them as kindling."
— In-game Description

The Two-Headed Axe returns in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War as the Battle Axe. It was added as part of the Season Six update.
