The TAK-5 (Triage Activation Kit) is a Specialist Weapon featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and Call of Duty: Mobile.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4[]

"Heals, boosts max health, and removes burns for the user and their team."
— Description

The TAK-5 is a Specialist Weapon exclusive to Jarrah "Crash" Bazley that heals the user and their teammates, while also giving them 50 extra health, as shown by two additional yellow health bars. Normal healing cannot restore these additional health bars once they have been lost; however, if the augmented health bar is only partially drained, they can be restored.

Schema[]

  • Heals and boosts max HP.
  • Helps Crash and his whole team.
  • Does not need to be aimed.
  • Works through walls.
  • No range limit.
  • Also clears burns.

Call of Duty: Mobile[]

"Heals and grants the allied team 50 extra HP."
— Description.

The TAK-5 returns in Call of Duty: Mobile as an Operator Skill. It was added as part of the Season 9: Nightmare update.

Trivia[]

  • 'TAK' is an acronym for Triage Activation Kit.
  • In pre-alpha gameplay, the TAK-5 is refenced as the Medical Injection Gun and functioned differently. Instead of activating the TAK-5 and healing your entire team, the user had to manually choose the allies they wanted to heal through a one-shot PDA.
