Sanatorium is a multiplayer map featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War exclusively designed for the Fireteam mode. The map was released on January 14th, 2021 as part of the Season One update.

On March 30th, 2021 with the Season Two Reloaded update for Black Ops Cold War, a night version of Sanatorium was added on Outbreak.

• The main cylindrical building located in the southern part of the map is inspired by the Druzhba Holiday Center built in 1984 in Yalta.
• In a room on the 2nd Floor of the sanatorium, a report can be found detailing a conditioning experiment performed on 20 residents of the sanatorium as prescribed by the Yamantau Protocols. The report recommended stepping up "Project Golova" and to focus on young subjects in Verdansk.
