The Pest is a special zombie featured in Call of Duty: WWII's Nazi Zombies mode.
Appearance[]
The specimen's status resembles other zombies, but with a difference of its appearance, behavior and speed. It appears as a very skinny zombie. Most of its muscles and organs have been scraped off, leaving only a small amount of flesh on its skeletal system. Its skull is widely exposed and it has no arms to strike with. Another difference is its mechanical support that keeps the specimen alive. Flies can be seen swarming around the specimen.
Overview[]
The Pest emits a buzzing sound whenever its presence is revealed. It deals less amount of damage compared to other zombies, as it takes relatively four hits to down a player, if they do not have Geistschild. However, they are much faster and are easy to kill. When attacking the players, it does so by attempting to bite them due to the lack of arms. They are first seen in The Final Reich when a player activates the Well Trap. A group of Pests, on fire, can be seen escaping from the Tunnel that they were kept in and will try to swarm the players. The Pests also have a special round, similar to Hellhounds, which occurs every five rounds after Wave 5. The last Pest, just like the Hellhounds, will drop a Taschen Voll upon completing the special round.
