Winter Docks is a multiplayer map featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare designed exclusively for the Gunfight mode. It is a Holidays version of the map Docks. The map was released on December 18th, 2019 as part of the Season One update and was later removed from the game on January 28th, 2020.[1]
Overview[]
When playing Gunfight on Winter Docks, random loadouts will be selected as well as the map supplying Snowballs in a fashion similar to Gunfight: OSP. A single "practice round" is provided on this map, where no points are scored before the rest of the match begins. In the practice round, all players have only their fists and may pick up Snowballs.
Easter Eggs[]
There was a weather vane above the large clock. If a player shot the vane as the clock struck midnight, lightning would strike the weather vane, and John Price would emerge from the sky on a sleigh pulled by deer and Riley at the front and with a giant Teddy Bear sit on the back. The sleigh would then disappear leaving only two fire trails. This easter egg is a reference to the 1985 movie Back to the Future.
A second easter egg required two players to shoot two snowmen in their respective spawn location during the first few seconds of a match. If they succeeded, their characters would wear a top hat and have a carrot as nose.

- All of the distant background buildings are adorned with festive lights, and a giant Christmas tree is visible across the water.
