First Person is a power-up in the Zombies mode, appearing exclusively in Dead Ops Arcade 2: Cyber's Avengening and Dead Ops Arcade 3: Rise of the Mamaback. The power-up allows the player to enter a first person view for 30 seconds. The power-up takes the form of a portrait with a picture of a person's head on it. It only spawns approximately every four rounds, as the level is dark and foggy making this power-up suitable.

While it is active, the player can use some features only present in first person, like sprinting, aiming down the sights, and looking in different directions. The controls during the use of this power-up are different. If the player has firing/aiming down sight buttons set to normal, then to fire and aim while in first person the player simply presses the corresponding buttons. However, even if the player has switched around their firing and aiming buttons, it will still be the default buttons. If the player presses the "change camera" button while First Person is active, they will go back to the normal top-down view. However, the power-up will respawn after the player has done this, and will continue to respawn if the player picks the power-up back up and then gets rid of it again.

To balance First Person, the player is allowed to take two hits without dying, unlike in Third Person where one hit downs them; however, the third hit will knock them down. The player is also unable to regenerate lost health, so swapping back to Third Person on the second hit is a smart tactic.

When in First Person, the player gains a multiplier bonus of x5, which can stack with whatever previous multipliers they had before entering First Person, which is useful in gaining extra lives. However this is lost upon returning to Third Person.
