I second that EXTREME NO. Maybe a vietnam game that is the actual war instead of jumping all over the world. BUT NO. REDSKIN-26Talk21:07, September 7, 2011 (UTC)

Actually, that might make for a pretty good game. We could see areas like Libya, Eastern Europe, Iran, and many others. It would be cool to see what kinds of weaponry there would be.....and how Zombies would look in an 80's setting.....even after Earth was mostly destroyed in Moon. Desert Storm esque setting, plus zombies would be nice, maybe fallout like? Damac1214 21:17, September 7, 2011 (UTC)

I read i the Xbox magazine that there will be a Black Ops 2 :( Soap-Mactavish What the hell kinda name is Soap? 15:20, June 9, 2011 (UTC)

Proof or GTFO. I've never seen it. Slowrider7 15:24, June 9, 2011 (UTC)
I think you can more or less assume that when Treyarch make a game which makes $1,000,000,000 in sales you're going to get a sequel. I know, it's a miserable thought that Treyarch are making another game. Smuff[citation provided] 15:31, June 9, 2011 (UTC)
Treyarch is a greedy group of people who started off great with WAW but then threw it all down the drain with Black Ops. Four map packs, each costing 1200 MP? That's 4800 MP all together, and Rezzurection was basically the only good one anyway! Dannylaz 16:53, September 4, 2011 (UTC)
Its opinionated. Personally I thought WaW Zombies and Multiplayer was awesome, with a lackluster campaign. Black ops I thought had awesome Campaign and Zombies, but lackluster multiplayer. They don't really do much bad that I can think of except for some technical things (that FAMAs is way too not balanced). The worst thing they probably ever did was COD points. I'd be fine with Black Ops 2, just get Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies right!
P.S Dannylaz, Activision decides the price, and 1200 started with MW2 Damac1214 00:00, September 7, 2011 (UTC)
I've heard the idea of a sequel but black ops isn't really a game with a continuable story, you could a bit further to explain the characters fates etc. but overall it just seems like a waste. Allthough a zombie expansion would be good Mezarool 21:09, September 13, 2011 (UTC)

No, no, no, no, (insert long string of "no"s here), NO! Treyarch have muddied CoD's reputation enough with the taken-out-the-northbound-end-of-a-southbound-elephant failure that is BO. We do not need a sequel. Sgt. S.S. 18:40, September 14, 2011 (UTC)

NOOO, I hate every Treyarch game except for the spiderman games. Let's face it, Treyarch should just stick to the stuff they are actually good at. THEROFLBOAT 23:10, September 14, 2011 (UTC)

Well, two things. At Mezarool, a sequel to World at War didn't seem possible either, but they managed to do it. And at Sgt S.S, I don't normally like to get involved with peoples opinions, but what makes the game so bad? Sir the multiplayer wasn't as great as expected, but it was still fun. Campaign had a great storyline and cinematic presentation, and zombies is zombies. It just works. It's not the best COD ever, but its not awful, and its definetly not an awful game. Damac1214 18:57, September 14, 2011 (UTC)

NO, GOD NO. Sig dr feelgood 23:11, September 14, 2011 (UTC)

Geez. No need for everyone to bitch and whine about it. I mean, I didn't really like Black Ops that much eather, but you're not gonna hear me complaining. This is just for if Treyarch did make a Black Ops 2. I actually think they will for these reasons:

Single Player:

Operation Charybdis

Massage 11 in jhudson's email on the CIA Data Base.

NoteX.txt and NoteX2.txt in amason's email on the CIA Data Base.

Zombies:

The cliffhanger after Richtofen's Grand Scheme.

Does anyone else agree with me? Zombiehunter115 18:25, October 16, 2011 (UTC)

Just saying read about Operation:Charybdis, It could possibly make a very nice game.
