We did have pages for Ultimis, Primis and Victis, or at least one of them, but the issue is that creating a page for a group would deliver no new information. All that we really could do (and all that was really done) is take the same exact information from one of the characters' pages and change the pronouns so the wording represents the group rather than the individual. Ultimis and Primis would actually be taking information that already exists on the wiki and splitting it up into two separate pages. They're redundant and unnecessary. things like the Prisoners and Guards are not irrelevant or inconsistent, since all we know about those characters is the faction name and they are playable characters. :I guess at the moment there is some truth to that - maybe they'll be more useful down the line when new information is available? I can't really argue against that they'd repeat currently known information, as, in essence, the names "Primis", "Ultimis", and "Victis" are simply given to make the Zombies Timeline / Kronorium more cohesive. I had figured having a page where common information that all four characters of one of these groups shared (events taking place in a certain map, etc.) could be transferred to the page about the group and redirected from the character page. Characters for the character-specific events (like Primis Richtofen leaving for two years between Origins and The Giant), the group page for group-specific things (such as a summary of the section of the storyline Ultimis was involved in from Shi No Numa through Moon), and the map pages for map-specific information (such as the steps to a specific easter egg, or available weapons). Maybe it is redundant, but that was my line of thinking. [[User:SteveHeist|SteveHeist]] ([[User talk:SteveHeist|talk]]) 16:34, June 26, 2017 (UTC)

Forums: Index Watercooler Zombies characters pages?
Forum logo

I noticed that we don't create pages for the Zombies crews, such as "Ultimis", "Primis", or "Victis" (those being the WAW original characters, the Origins characters, and the TranZit characters respectively), but this seems inconsistent. The CIA and the CDC both have sections dedicated to their roles in Zombies on the wiki, and the Alcatraz Prisoners and Alcatraz Guards pages exist solely to explain their most basic details of being Cell Block Grief's playable characters. Incredibly inconsistent. Is there any reason why these hardly-notable groups get pages, but yet major character casts do not? SteveHeist (talk) 08:13, June 26, 2017 (UTC)

Because those are just the name of the groups. The rest are factions.

I just find it silly that these mostly irrelevant factions get stub pages (especially those of the Alcatraz Guards / Prisoners, and with the exception of the CDC which became somewhat important in Die Rise) and yet the Zombies groups, with their significantly higher degree of notability, don't get a page because they aren't a "faction". Besides, it allows for some of the more specific information to be detailed in regards to the entire group's travels rather than having to repeat them on each character's page.
