François Moreau, also known as Franco, is a character featured in the Zombies mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. He is the head of the French Syndicate.
Biography[]
Sometime in 1990, Director Edward Richtofen of Project Janus hired Franco and Sergei Ravenov to abduct Gabriel Krafft and gather information regarding the Sentinel Artifacts. Franco brought him to Avalon and allowed Sergei to interrogate him. That same year, Franco reached out to smugglers Nathan and Maya Aguinaldo to help smuggle several refugees for handoff. However, after the operation Nathan confronted Franco regarding the refugees that were going missing, in retaliation, Franco abducted Nathan and sold him to Doctor Revati Modi, head of Blacksite 13.
On February 19th, 1991, Maya, now accompanied by William Peck and the prisoners of Blacksite 13, are forced to kill Nathan and Doctor Modi. Maya, after learning of Franco's involvement in Nathan's eventual death, vows to exact her revenge.
Six days later, on February 25th, Franco contacted Sergei if he had a breakthrough with Krafft, only to be unanswered. After the conversation, Franco would see a silhouette of a person, assuming it to be Sergei, he called out to him. The silhouette would turn out to Maya, with Franco running towards a wine cellar, barricading himself in. Maya would detonate the barricades, sending Franco to the ground, before being executed by her.
