Frangible is an ammunition attachment featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Warzone, Call of Duty: Mobile, Call of Duty: Vanguard, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare[]
Frangible appears in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, where it is divided into two separate ammunition attachments: Frangible - Wounding and Frangible - Disabling.
Frangible - Wounding[]
- "Bullets cause target healing to be briefly delayed."
- — in-game description
Frangible-Wounding causes the delay for the natural health regeneration of the hit opponent to be prolonged. It later appears in Call of Duty: Mobile as Wounding.
Frangible - Disabling[]
- "Bullets slow enemy movement and briefly disable tactical sprint when shooting legs."
- — in-game description
Frangible - Disabling allows bullets to slow down the movement of enemies alongside disabling sprint if shots hit the legs. Affected targets see a similar screen flash to that of Flashbangs when impacted by weaponry equipped with this perk. It also appears again in Call of Duty: Mobile.
Call of Duty: Vanguard[]
- "These bullets fragment on impact to inflict more severe wounds and will cripple the target's movement when fired into their legs."
- — Description.
Frangible appears again in Call of Duty: Vanguard as an ammunition attachment, where it makes it harder for the enemy to heal once shot, and if the enemy is shot in the leg, their movement speed is weakened.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II & Modern Warfare III[]
- "Frangible rounds shatter on impact, which temporarily delays healing."
- — Description
Frangible appears again as an ammunition attachment featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.
