Changes: Full Lockdown

Full Lockdown is an achievement/trophy which involves letting Brutus "finish his patrol" in Mob of the Dead. This means that he must lock down every possible utility on the map. These are:

Every Perk-a-Cola machine, all of which must be powered.
The plane. At least one part must have been built to it.
The current Mystery Box (only its current location).
The three workbenches, and two of them must have the Zombie Shield and Acid Gat Kit built on them (but not necessarily taken).
